We are seeking a hard working team lead that will help the team and oversee the painting process of aircraft during the final assembly stage. The FAL Paint Lead is responsible for managing and supervising the painting process of aircraft in the final assembly line. This includes overseeing the preparation, application, and inspection of paint to ensure compliance with industry standards, company specifications, and customer requirements.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

  • Lead and manage a team of painters and technicians.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Oversee the preparation of surfaces, including sanding, masking, and priming.
  • Supervise the mixing and application of paint according to specifications.
  • Ensure proper drying and curing of painted surfaces.
  • Minimum Qualifications we are seeking:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in aerospace painting or a related field.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Being able to travel and work in PBG 
  • Above and Beyond Qualifications that will distinguish you:

  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Primer, paint, and top coat application understanding.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Passion for aviation!
