Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Service Booker/Warranty Administrator for the Service Organization. This role will provide a wide range of administrative, and service support duties involving work order repair claims and warranties.  An ideal candidate would be an automotive and detail-oriented individual that will be responsible for coding, gathering supporting documents, maintaining claim accuracy and level of claim detail with the goal of driving quality improvement initiatives.

The Role:

  • Accurately code Pre-Delivery and Post-Delivery work orders in Lucid’s Data Management System including but not limited to job codes, pay types, causal parts, and labor operation codes.
  • Review and correct all claims to ensure the information provided accurately depicts the client’s concern and the details surrounding the diagnosis and repair. 
  • Validate that all documentation to support the repair is included with each claim.
  • Ensure all required authorizations are present as outlined in the warranty policy and procedures manual.
  • Review Pre-Delivery and Post-Delivery concern, cause and correction fields for errors and correct as necessary.
  • Verify that all required open service campaigns are documented on every vehicle.
  • Validate warranty coverage for repairs performed in compliance with warranty policy and procedures.
  • Monitor, follow up, and reconcile service accounts to collect any outstanding claim payments.
  • Review and provide feedback to improve the quality of claim detail to support quality and engineering teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive warranty or related service industry
  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Working automotive technical experience, theory and operation
  • Computer Skills to include Microsoft Excel and ability to learn and adapt to new software systems as required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate with individuals, groups and vendors.
  • Motivated to improve and maintain processes
