We are currently seeking a Field Crash Investigation Manager. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in Automotive Software, including diagnostic systems and ECU communication, along with experience in evaluation of crash incidents . Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

Provide detailed analysis of various types of vehicle incidents in the FieldWork closely with specialized crash investigation engineersDevelop processes for precise workflow in handling all aspects of incident investigationEmbed with vehicle engineering teams, providing feedback gathered from investigationsAcquire a thorough knowledge of Lucid vehicle software and hardware systems and strategiesExpectations:
10+ years of Automotive experience in Crash InvestigationStrong knowledge of structural analysisKnowledge of various restraint and airbag technologiesHands-on experience in using test equipment and validation tools such as CANoe, CANalyzerSupplier management experience and a strong background in working with cross functional groupsFamiliarity with ADAS technologies, calibrations, and sensor function and diagnosisStrong skills in database managementExperience in diagnostic sequences such as ECU reprogrammingBachelor of Science, in the areas of Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Computer Science, or other related fields.Advantageous:
