Responsibilities:
- Support field director and field team located across country.
- Manage and audit field team reporting and communication
- Create, update, and distribute various training materials and brand communications
- Drive retail and field data mining with daily, weekly, and monthly updates
- Help manage ordering and fulfillment of field supplies
- Manage demo kits creation and distribution
- Support on planning sampling execution/setup of tradeshows, roadshows, and large events (foodservice and retail)
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of team or large project coordination.
- Strong written, verbal, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Apps skills.
- Ability support field team post/recruit for 1099 talent.
- Energetic and excited about natural food and helping to build brands.
- Ability to act independently and have fun working hard.
- Must be highly organized and have strong attention to detail.
- Love of food required.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $82,500 including a potential annual bonus and equity. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
