Role Description
Form is seeking an early career doer with a talent for working in teams and demonstrated hunger for action. This position will combine external outreach and networking in the DC policy environment with being a lynchpin for the functioning of critical internal projects at Form. It will be a connective role in a dynamic company working to solve global problems with talented and dedicated teammates.

What You'll Do:
Track and and facilitate Form activities related to Congress and federal agencies, including attending hearings, meeting with policy and decision-makers, and generating written materialsPlay a connective role within the energy storage industry, helping to work with companies, trade associations, and other groups to build coalitions to advocate on behalf of Form’s goalsWork with internal teams at Form to collect and deliver information to federal agencies on time with excellencePlay a dynamic role within our policy team to help develop and shape the external policy environment for a new productBecome an integral part of the process of seeking federal grants and awardsWhat You'll Bring:
Requires bachelor’s degree and minimum 2-3 years experience in business and/or local, state, or federal policy environmentAdvanced degree desirable and may substitute for experienceDemonstrated history of striving for career growth and advancementExcellent writing and communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and history of working effectively in teamsDemonstrated talent to work independently with the ability to take a project and run with itAbility to operate comfortably in both analytical (energy policy) and practical (politics) realmsPassion for excellence and successStrong desire to improve the world and address critical societal problems.
