Lucid Motors, a cutting-edge electric vehicle manufacturer, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Sales & Owner Experience teams, contributing to the success and growth of Lucid Motors. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, supporting key decision-makers as they shape the future of electric mobility.
Please note, this is an onsite position out of our Newark, CA office.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education, and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California San Francisco Bay Area - $108,000 - $154,000 per year
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. You Will: Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives within the Sales & Owner Experience teams Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are prepared and distributed in a timely mannerPrepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required by executivesConduct research and gather relevant information to support strategic initiatives and marketing campaignsAct as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaborationAssist with the coordination and execution of events, conferences, and trade shows, representing Lucid Motors in a professional mannerMaintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretionPerform general administrative tasks, including expense tracking, document management, and record keeping
You Bring: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or strategy departmentExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all work is of high qualityExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalProficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and project management softwareAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environmentProactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindsetDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionA passion for electric vehicles and interest in the automotive industry is a plus
