As a valued member of the Archer executive team, the Executive Assistant (EA) will provide critical support to a team of passionate, authentic executives in a fast-paced environment where things are always busy and changing.
You will support Archer executives with day-to-day needs including travel, expense reimbursement, scheduling, meeting planning, presentation/deck building, interview prep, and other administrative tasks.

What you’ll do:
- Manage the executive’s daily calendar and follow-up reminders for key deliverables/dates; resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Support in-office and virtual meetings with meals, agendas, preparation, and scheduling.
- Arrange all aspects of travel, including domestic and international flights, lodging accommodations, and developing associated itineraries and agendas.
- Collect and compile materials to support team meetings/events and administrative requests from the team.
- Process expenses using accounting software.
- Build decks for presentations.
- Support Board of Director meetings, including arranging travel, meals and managing necessary communications.
- Work collaboratively across the organization to support special projects and initiatives as needed.
What you need:
- Minimum five years of experience in an executive administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Google Suite Products and Microsoft Office products, including deck/presentation building.
- Experience with booking travel and event planning.
- Experience prioritizing leaders' calendar with ability to make judgment calls and decisions based on rapidly shifting priorities.
- Experience multitasking, managing competing deadlines, and prioritizing work.
- Experience taking initiative and ownership over sometimes ambiguous tasks and situations with little oversight.
- Experience working independently with a deadline and results orientation.
- A responsive, proactive approach to internal customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- The willingness to ask questions, take initiative, and solve problems.
- A refined sense of discretion and judgment, with the ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
Bonus qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting multiple executives.
- Tech or start-up experience.
