We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our field sales team in Amsterdam. This position requires an experienced professional with a passion for strategy and project management. The ideal candidate works well in ambiguity, exhibits a can-do attitude, and approaches their work with focus and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly, and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Work alongside the Sales Director in Amsterdam to provide direction, management and execution on key sales projects and objectives to the field teams
  • Work alongside your counter-parts in the US to take learnings from US studios to spread them to European studios and vise versa
  • Work alongside EU regional managers and studio managers to take lessons learned to other studios
  • Support and organize European-wide sales activities, performing all relevant actions to support a fast-paced, fast-growing environment
  • Manage and drive multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional partners in the US and European HQ
  • Develop and implement analytics and measurement criteria to establish increase the efficiency of the field sales team
  • Analyze data and draw insights which will form the core strategy for sales in Europe
  • Develop new methodologies to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Work in an ambiguous environment with constantly changing requirements and projects ranging from pricing, data management, new program development, project planning/execution across multiple functions and direct implementation of strategies devised
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in sales operations, project management, or consulting
  • Working knowledge of productivity tools including MS Office suite, Lucid Charts (or similar), Gannt charts, Presentation tools, CRM (SalesForce), Tableau
  • Passion for project management, strategy and program management.
  • Ability to prioritize a high volume of projects and activities under aggressive timelines
  • Goal-oriented approach with hands-on self-starter mentality
  • Commitment to a dynamic, structured and efficient way of working
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and confidence to work robustly with executive team.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop analytics and draw impactful insights.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment
  • Fluent in English – additional languages are a plus
  • Wiliness to travel, locally and internationally
