Work alongside the Sales Director in Amsterdam to provide direction, management and execution on key sales projects and objectives to the field teamsWork alongside your counter-parts in the US to take learnings from US studios to spread them to European studios and vise versaWork alongside EU regional managers and studio managers to take lessons learned to other studiosSupport and organize European-wide sales activities, performing all relevant actions to support a fast-paced, fast-growing environmentManage and drive multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional partners in the US and European HQDevelop and implement analytics and measurement criteria to establish increase the efficiency of the field sales teamAnalyze data and draw insights which will form the core strategy for sales in EuropeDevelop new methodologies to increase productivity and efficiencyWork in an ambiguous environment with constantly changing requirements and projects ranging from pricing, data management, new program development, project planning/execution across multiple functions and direct implementation of strategies devisedRequirements
