What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking candidate to join our Operations Team to help our programs achieve massive scale. This role will be responsible for managing customer eligibility and enrollment across a wide range of projects, states and utility programs. This role will also play a crucial part in ensuring the company meets key business objectives centered around total enrollment numbers and revenue recognition.

What you'll do:

• Work with our member experience, billing, data analytics, marketing and product teams to advance our product, improve the customer experience, build and maintain internal tools
• Consolidate, prioritize and analyze member data that is required for determining eligibility and project assignment
• Continuously update eligibility logic, internal tools and internal documentation so that all align with our constantly evolving business rules
• Identify customers that are blocked from enrollment, and work with internal teams to complete any actions required to remove blockers
• Use Excel, utility forms, and our proprietary software tools to complete the enrollment process and connect members to a community solar project
• Supervise important project achievements, including subscription levels, enrollment timelines, savings results, and more
• Prepare reports for internal stakeholders, present results, and incorporate operational improvements based on findings
• Become a community solar subject matter expert and contribute to maintaining our knowledge-base of utility-specific operating procedures and regulations

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years professional experience in a management role
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL and data management
• Rigorous attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of taking initiative
• Ability to problem solve, find creative solutions, and build out best practices
• Be flexible and excited to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs
