Join Crusoe Energy as an Engineering Manager and lead a talented team focused on revolutionizing our cloud infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the general availability of crucial metrics across all Crusoe resources, including virtual machines and shared disk volumes, while scaling our existing architecture to meet the demands of enterprise clients. You'll also spearhead the expansion of our monitoring capabilities to encompass logs and traces, and explore the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) to build cutting-edge AI solutions within our observability product. Lead Day-to-Day Delivery: Manage and guide a team of engineers, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, impactful work.
Drive Technical Excellence: Champion process improvements, operational excellence, and best practices across the team.
Cultivate Team Growth: Coach and mentor individual engineers, setting clear performance expectations and defining career goals to foster a high-performing and sustainable team.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner seamlessly with product, design, and other engineering teams both inside and outside the organization to align on goals and deliver integrated solutions.

Compensation will be paid in the range of $204,000 - $247,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
