What You’ll Do:

Archer is seeking a highly motivated and talented Engineering Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship opportunity provides hands-on experience in Flight Control Software, Flight Sciences and Software and an opportunity to contribute to real-world projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced engineering team, gaining exposure to various aspects of the engineering process.

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to contribute to design and development aspects 
  • Conduct research on relevant engineering topics, analyze data, and present findings to support project decisions
  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports
  • Participate in the creation of prototypes and assist in testing and evaluating their performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, operations and other engineering teams, to ensure a seamless integration of engineering solutions
  • Actively participate in problem-solving activities, proposing innovative solutions and troubleshooting issues as they arise

What You Need:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to engineering, manufacturing, computer science or a related field at an accredited university, preferably a Junior going in to your Senior year
  • Interest in building a career in one of the functions listed above 
  • Strong academic performance in relevant coursework
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Self-managed and committed to working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Curiosity and willingness to understand how Archers products are designed, built and operate 
  • Results focused 
  • Aligned with Archer’s core values 

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Previous coursework or experience in engineering related fields
  • Familiarity with the aviation industry

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
