This position requires a creative and analytical mindset with experience in numerical analysis, data process, and code development. Develop data processing and numerical analysis algorithms to provide the insight of lithium-ion battery cell behaviorDevelop mathematical models (physics-based and data driven based) to predict lithium ion battery performance including kinetic performance, life degradation, calendar aging, electrochemical and thermal response, and safety related behaviorFormulate and execute designs of experiments to acquire sufficient data to train, validate, and test the battery modelsWork with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, test, and maintain your modelDeliver documents related to model and algorithm developmentCollaborate with battery team to determine and achieve battery performance and lifetime targetsQualifications:
