The Role
Design and develop complex platform software (low level and middleware) for the Lucid onboard charger, from prototype to productionProvide design, development, and debug support for charging functions including bi-directional chargingWorking with different charging standards among them ISO-15118, DIN 70121 and GB/T 27930Be responsible for development of highly reliable and critical electric vehicle softwareEnsure optimization of platform software through design reviews and code reviewsDevelop a design and/or product validation test program to ensure robustness of designQualifications
Proficiency in one of the programming languages C/C++Working experience with at least one of the major charging standards (ISO-15118, DIN 70121, GB/T)A proven track record of developing and delivering software for embedded devices or controllersExperience with Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and architecturesExperience with board bring-up, reading schematics and data sheetsHands-on experience with on-chip debugging tools and troubleshooting both software and hardwareExperience with scripting tools and methods to optimize SW development and testing activitiesBS minimum in the areas of Computer Science, Computer engineering, Electrical engineering or other related fields or equivalent experienceMS preferred
