The successful candidates will be expected to be self-motivated and able to manage their own workload to meet the Team’s targets which are usually very challenging. We are looking for people that own responsibility and do not make excuses. We are happy to fail, everything teaches us something and we have zero tolerance for blame culture or finger pointing.

Preferably you will come from an automotive or motorsport background, having experience working with ADAS or autonomous technology is a distinct advantage, but we are not looking to transplant the ‘OEM’ culture, we use software development techniques to stay agile and responsive.

Previous experience working inside an Agile Project Management framework would be a great plus, we use Atlassian products extensively.

We also place a heavy emphasis on soft skills. The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment is essential, having the time to support your team members and carry the load together and handling pressure will all be part of your day-to-day.
