Electrical assembly technician

What You’ll Be Doing:  

• Assembly of Industrial Control Panels for the construction 3d printers
• Support warehouse team with inventory requests of components
•  • Assembly and troubleshooting reports

What’s Required: 

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Professional education in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in electrical assembly, particularly in assembling electrical cabinets for control systems, is required.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, and schematics.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Ability to use hand tools, electrical tools, and other specialized equipment to assemble electrical components and cabinets.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Hand soldering experience is required.
• Knowledge and adherence to electrical safety protocols and procedures.

Other Requirements:

• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations would be preferred.
• Understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as required.
• Readiness for field work (periodically) on the installation of electrical equipment on the other sites
• Language: English A1 (elementary) is required.
