Overview: 
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling project documents in an efficient and effective manner. The Project Document Controller will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management:
Create, manage, and maintain an efficient document control system.
Organize, categorize, and archive documents, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
Review and update existing documents to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Version Control:
Maintain version control of all documents to avoid discrepancies and ensure that the most recent versions are being used.
Track changes and updates to documents and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all documents meet regulatory requirements and comply with industry standards.
Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with document control procedures.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address any compliance issues promptly.

Document Distribution:
Coordinate the distribution of documents to appropriate personnel and departments.
Monitor the timely and secure delivery of documents to ensure they reach the intended recipients.

Training and Support:
Provide training and support to employees on document control processes and procedures.
Act as a resource for staff, answering queries and providing guidance related to document management.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments to understand their document requirements and facilitate the creation and management of documents accordingly.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure document control processes align with project needs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
Proven experience in document control or related roles.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
