Dispatch Coordinator II, E&C Field Service Operations

Responsibilities

  • Support development and iterative refinement of strategy, process, and tools to facilitate field resource management and dispatching.
  • Work collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders to ensure Energy Service Operations can meet contractual SLA’s and Rivian benchmarks
  • Evaluate dispatch requests created by our NOC team to determine the logistical requirements to complete the scope of work within SLA.
  • Assign and schedule dispatches to the most appropriate service resource (internal technicians and/or service partners), consistently looking for ways to optimize
  • Coordinate with Rivian Service Depots and/or 3PLs to provision parts, materials, and/or vehicles as necessary
  • Oversee the resolution of issues in the field, nationwide
  • Monitor status of all dispatches and ensure adherence to field-service processes
  • Drive excellent performance for Rivian service partners and internal teams
  • Ensure all relevant information related to a service call is captured appropriately
  • Update key stakeholders on dispatch status
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience dispatching/logistics related to field service
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud/FSL a plus
  • Project coordination/management experience in construction or similar a plus
