What You Will Be Doing
The ideal applicant will be responsible for understanding of ChargePoint Technical Support Tools and systems andensuring that a business's information systems, such as data collection and communication systems (computers, phones, CRM etc.), work together as a cooperative unit. They must work to create an environment which achieves maximum output while simultaneously maintaining low costs. They work along executives and department managers regarding the company's needs.
The duties that they perform in this capacity include providing functional assurance across different programs, co-creating departmental specific plans to ensure all stakeholders' needs are understood and achieved. Moreover, they build the capacity of the function through coaching, mentoring, and applying and embedding learning across platforms, programs, and business units.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Lead the planning, execution and delivery of Digital projects, support WW and/or regional deployments.
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of these programs including cost benefit analysis and operational KPIs to ensure programs are successful once launched.
  • Partners with organizational IT and vendors to deliver projects on-time, on-budget which meet business requirements.
  • Lead or support a range of projects such as software solution development and implementations, systems selection, business process re-engineering, system enhancements.
  • Design business process solutions to support simplification, standardization and automation of global processes with Customer and Employee Experience at the forefront.
  • Define Project Success Metrics and Project execution metrics.
  • Responsible for business case preparation and user story documentation.
  • Support the development of all communication to all stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
  • Accountable for the created product(s) and communicating the product needs and timelines with business partners.
  • Vet, evaluate and prioritize defects or change requests related to your features and projects.
  • Constantly seek and leverage available data, especially web analytics and A/B results, to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Operate in an agile (Scrum) development model.
  • Manage multiple projects, be comfortable dealing with shifting and/or conflicting priorities, effective time Management skills.

Requirements
  • 20+ Years of Experience in the Services or Support Industry
  • 5+ years Experience in business analysis, requirements specifications, workflow process change, functional specifications, systems development, testing implementation, business change, training and support Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Willing to work night shifts (EST/PST Time zone)
  • Must have worked in at least two or more cross-functional departments within the Technical Support organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills. 
  • Has a proven track record of financial acumen, business savvy, and employee retention
  • Experiences Desired: 
    • Experience working in different Implementation methodologies and ability to adapt to new ones'
    • Experience with Agile methodologies
    • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience and supporting integrations and dependencies
