About the Role:

Crusoe is searching for an experienced Director, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) to lead our commitment to safety and environmental responsibility. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our comprehensive EHS program across all our construction sites, with a particular focus on data centers. You will ensure we meet all applicable safety regulations and environmental standards, while fostering a culture of safety awareness and excellence.

A Day In The Life:

• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to proactively identify and mitigate safety and environmental risks

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS plans for each construction project, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Oversee the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures for all construction activities

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address any potential hazards

• Investigate safety incidents and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences

• Manage the company's environmental compliance program, including waste management, permitting, and spill prevention

• Stay up-to-date on the latest EHS regulations and best practices

• Provide training and mentorship to construction personnel on EHS procedures

• Manage a team of EHS professionals (if applicable)

You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have:

• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety management, preferably within the construction industry

• You have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful EHS programs

• You have extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations applicable to construction projects, particularly data centers

• You are a strong safety advocate with a passion for creating a safe work environment

• You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• You are a proactive problem solver with a strong attention to detail

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS management software

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus

Compensation Range:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $200,000 - $300,000 base salary. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
