The Job
Omnidian is looking for a Head of Legal Operations to drive efficiency, innovation, and strategic growth across our legal function. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced legal operations professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, and is excited to build scalable legal processes that support our rapidly expanding cleantech business. Reporting to our VP of Legal, you will be the operational backbone of our legal team, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize workflows, manage technology, and ensure seamless legal operations. Own the administration and optimization of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, ensuring maximum efficiency and user adoption across the organizationLead evaluation, implementation, and management of AI tools and legal workflow automation to drive productivity gainsDesign and continuously improve legal department processes, metrics, and reporting dashboardsManage vendor relationships for legal technology stack and coordinate with IT on system integrationsRegulatory Compliance & Customer Relations (30%)
