The Key Account Director will develop and execute a selling strategy in Food Service accounts. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in foodservice channel and have developed relationships with key business channels. All business activities must be done in a way that underscores the social mission of Beyond Meat.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maximize volume and revenue in key Food Service accountsAlign Beyond Meat brand strategies with customer business strategy to maximize growth and profitabilityFoster and maintain strategic customer relationships to identify opportunities and promote business growth, through a shared understanding of success criteria to achieve current and future company goalsDevelop local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performanceEnsure customers are complying with contract requirementsWork closely with the Sales team to improve overall customer satisfactionAnalyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen data to identify and expand business opportunities
QUALFICIATIONS
BA/BS is required10+ years of CPG sales experience in Key Account Sales, Trade Marketing and Broker ManagementDemonstrate success in team development, leadership, budget management, business planning and strategic account penetration at senior levels is required. Experience selling to key accounts within the geography
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Ability to travel on flights to International markets and work along, flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.Valid driver license and registered vehicle with insurance is required.
