The Product Improvement Team is focused on continuously improving the Van to make a best in class product. These improvements can be radical or incremental design changes.

The Product Improvement Team sits within the Van team but outside of Vehicle Engineering. This unique position allows the team to stay aware of the latest design, work across all Van systems and ensure improvements are investigated without affecting critical path delivery. Innovation, Materials, Sustainability, UX and other ARRIVAL teams aren't always close enough to the product to know where the biggest issues are or successfully introduce solutions. The Product Improvement team will connect the amazing teams around ARRIVAL with the Vehicle Programme.
