-        P&L responsibility for all projects in area of responsibility

-        Function to report to the VP Delivery EMEA

-        Management of subregional PM team and related resources allocated to the function

-        Assurance of on time and within budget delivery of projects

-        Solution finding on critical issues (projects / products / contract)

-        Overall Management of project claims and opportunities together with project teams

-        Project reporting / review reporting monthly

-        Escalation management for subregion (customer / Fluence internal)

-        Focus on safety – meeting the safety KPI; close cooperation with regional and global safety organization

-        Travel throughout EMEA (35%)

-        Min. 10 years of relevant work experience

-        Bachelor / master's in electrical engineering/ civil engineering (or equivalent)

-        Project management certificate (PMP - PMI or equivalent)

-        Strong Leadership skills

-        Solution orientation

-        Risk management / Contract management in projects

-        Good communication skills

-        Fluent in English

-        Other language skills can be an advantage
