We are currently seeking a Cycle Counter for our Casa Grande Manufacturing facility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk the warehouse and work areas; use hands and fingers, to handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move material from 15-70 lbs. using equipment when necessary on a regular basis. Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles using a calculator to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements including addition, subtraction, multiplication, calculating. This position is for 2nd shift.

Monitor inventory integrity by performing daily cycle counts to maintain established accuracy goalsReview inventory transactions to resolve inventory discrepanciesUse root cause analysis techniques to resolve discrepancies by working closely with manufacturing departmentsPerform inventory adjustments in SAP to correct discrepanciesReport inventory shortage adjustments to Supervisor to avoid stock-outs, and no-stocksMaintain records for inventory accuracy trends, inventory reconciliations, fiscal year-end inventory auditPerform random receipt audits and advises Purchasing/Supply Chain of discrepanciesIdentify potential areas for inventory discrepancies and reports to SupervisorMaintain product identification such as part numbers and product identification tags and labels Follow workplace 6S standardsAssists with periodic (at least annual) physical inventory auditsOperates forklift truck or order picker experience helpful not necessaryYou Bring
