Position: Customer Success Coordinator; Location:  Ames, IA

Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a rapidly growing customer success team that does meaningful work and is highly collaborative?  Our team quickly adapts to customer needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience through creative problem-solving and a thorough knowledge of commercial product, technology, and operations processes.  

We are looking for individuals that are hungry to learn new things, create relationships, and support an adaptive ever challenging environment with a company that is fast changing the world for farmers today.  

  Responsibilities: 

  • Handle specific Inbound/Outbound calls, emails, and support tickets from customers, sales rep network, prospects, and internal teams and ensure they are resolved promptly and thoroughly
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management tool (specifically HubSpot) to ensure proper tracking of all customer communication and activity, including support ticket activity
  • Provide daily support to Customers, Customer Success Team, Commercial Sales and Operations Team, and Business Partners
  • Provide an excellent customer experience through interpersonal skills, engaging in quality conversations, with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of each customer including required detailed knowledge of product insight and business operations
  • Show composure, resilience, and flexibility as customer needs evolve and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a customer service role required. Customer-facing with a technology company or agricultural vendor/service provider a plus.
  • HubSpot experience or similar CRM preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • AA or AS college degree preferred
  • Position is office based and requires working on a computer, including Zoom meetings, up to 6 hours a day
  • Willing to travel up to 10% by car and or by air
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
