Key Responsibilities:

•Cell Sense Board (CSB) Development: Design, develop, and implement next-generation Cell Sense Boards for advanced battery management systems.
•Cell Balancing: Optimize cell balancing resistors to improve efficiency and performance of the battery cells.
•System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of CSB within the battery management system, optimizing for performance, safety, and reliability.
•Development Testing: Plan and conduct development testing for CSB, validating performance against design specifications and industry standards.
•Diagnostics and Monitoring: Implement advanced diagnostics and monitoring features within CSB for real-time performance tracking and fault detection.
•Compliance and Standards: Ensure all CSB designs adhere to relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as UL, IEC, and ISO.
•Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation for CSB designs, testing protocols, and validation processes to support product development and certification.
•Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CSB performance and integration to maintain optimal system operation.
•Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, to ensure cohesive system development and integration.
•Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in CSB design, testing methodologies, and integration processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•6-9 years of experience in the development and integration of Cell Sense Boards.
•Strong understanding of cell balancing techniques and optimization of resistors.
•Proficiency in CSB development testing and characterization methodologies.
•Experience with CSB firmware development and optimization.
•Familiarity with diagnostics, monitoring, and fault detection features in CSB.
•Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for CSB.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•Proven track record of successful project management and delivery within the specified experience level.
