Credit & Collection Analyst

Credit and Collection Manager 

What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a skilled, focused and motivated Credit and Collection Analyst who will be part of a fast faced environment and an energetic team who will be involve with full Order to Cash (OTC) cycle which would require a daily interaction with external and internal customers to assist, address inquiries, concerns from start to resolution.  

• Daily sales order auto-accounting block review, perform credit assessment and make a sound credit limit recommendation to support Sales while minimizing financial risk.  
• Proactively execute collection activities, effectively and consistent follow up on delinquent transactions including unapplied cash & address transaction disputes promptly to closure.  
• Overall, deliver results. 
• Prompt communication with external and internal on AR/Credit related matters. 
• Customer Master housekeeping, financial related fields such as AP name and email address.
• Completion of Vendor and other related forms.
• Support to AR team member as needed.
• AD Hoc requirement not limited to management report.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 3-5+ years, knowledge of industry - specific expertise in Credit and Collections and accounting principles and practices.
• Thorough understanding of credit and collections policies, procedures, and regulations
• Proficiency in credit management software and other relevant technology tools.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems and platforms, preferably NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Pivot table and PowerPoint
• Experience on sales tax regulations and Avalara software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Highly analytical and an inquisitive disposition to research business issues and identify solutions.
