JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Manager will support the commercial team at Meati, with a focus on creative project management in support of business objectives. This role will work with the goals of building strong, positive and collaborative cross-functional relationships, creating efficiency and effectiveness, improving processes, and creating world-class work.

The project manager will act as the main, day-to-day project manager for (commercial x creative) needs and is responsible for the delivery of work across DTC, Retail, Food Service and owned and paid channels (e.g., social, web, digital, offline, experiential, etc.)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day timelines, deliverables and budgets in support of creative development for multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation that manages and forecasts workflows, priorities, and creative processes across sales, channel and marketing initiatives
  • Oversee workflows, assign tasks and responsibilities, making sure deliverables are being prioritized and met, addressing issues, and escalating as needed
  • Maintain the creative team’s overall scheduling of creatives against specific project
  • requirements and assuring a proper allocation of both internal and external resources
  • Coordinate with various team members to manage resource availability and allocations, communicating issues as they arise
  • Source freelancers as well as 3rd party vendors for various production needs
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Funnel administrative work through the proper channels and inv olve internal stake holders
  • as needed
  • Help to evolve and enforce our ways of working cross-functionally, to ensure all work is
  • completed on-time and on-brief, promoting solutions that best address both creative and business needs
  • Balance brand and creative advocacy with shifting business priorities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge, experience, and a people-first approach
  • 5+ years of project management experience from an agency and/or brand (bonus if you’ve worked for both).
  • Be proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • You keep trains moving and on time in your sleep, while devouring details and implementations that improve the quality of work
  • Must be resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changes. You work and learn fast while paying attention the details
  • Have excellent organizational, analytical, oral and written communication skills
  • Have a deep understanding of creative workflow, and which dependencies and blockers are necessary before the team can kickoff
  • Understand the accurate scope of projects, and can identify how they fit within our priorities, and larger ecosystem of work
  • Be a meticulous systems thinker that gets excited when a process or workflow gets 1% better – no detail is too small

COMPENSATION $70-90k, commensurate with experience
