About the Marketing, Communications and Culture Team:
The Marketing, Communications and Culture team is focused on building the Lilium brand internally and externally, including industry, and eventually customer, readiness of our technology. Whether we're working on our website, communicating with journalists around the world, engaging with investors and future customers on social media, or defining how we can have a positive impact on society, we're committed to telling meaningful stories and delivering extraordinary results.

Your role:
We believe the people, product, and purpose of Lilium enables it to be a powerful brand of the future. Your job is to help nurture and guide it to realize its potential. Specifically, to lead the concepting, crafting, and execution of integrated content campaigns which include technical concepts. You’re experienced and tenacious at nurturing a good idea from inception through the production process. You’re confident at creating visual ideas for a discerning audience across a wide range of communication touch-points including short-form video, blogs, social, website, newsletters, etc.
You will report directly to the CMO and work closely with the broader Marketing, Communications and Culture team, as well as members of the Commercial and Engineering Teams.
