ABOUT THE POSITION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Build and lead a control SW development team in India. This team is part of Fluence’s global control applications SW development group, which designs and develops control SW for our energy storage system products.

•Support resource allocation to staff development teams. 

•Provide technical leadership in refining best practices and workflow for the development process.

•Mentor team members and supervise work processes to ensure development of high-quality deliverables to meet timeline and budget commitments.

•Coach and develop people. Foster a spirit of teamwork and empower people to take responsibility for their jobs and goals.

•Develop KPI-centered goals and objectives for Software Development that support the broader business objectives. Report on KPI performance monthly and drive team performance to meet the established objectives. 

•Develop new tools, implement processes, provide feedback, and work with other stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of the technology/engineering/ delivery value stream.
