About the role
As Contracts Administrator within the Procurement team, you will be the subject matter expert on our agreements with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) partners. You will manage existing agreements and contracts to ensure all necessary terms and conditions are followed, and implemented, by both parties. In addition, you will identify pain points and inconsistencies from various internal and external stakeholders and improve upon both the contract content and the process to develop them.

3-7 years’ experience in Contracts Administration.Experience with industrial construction industry; (battery) energy storage experience is a plus.Experience in procurement and sourcing.Bachelor’s degree is a plus.Expertise in Oracle NetSuite is a plus.Comfort in fast-paced, rapid growth environments.Experience in public companies is a plus.A passion for sustainability, our mission, and our vision is a bonus!
