About the role

As Contracts Administrator within the Procurement team, you will be the subject matter expert on our agreements with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) partners. You will manage existing agreements and contracts to ensure all necessary terms and conditions are followed, and implemented, by both parties. In addition, you will identify pain points and inconsistencies from various internal and external stakeholders and improve upon both the contract content and the process to develop them.

What you will do

Continuously further through research, conversations, and professional development your understanding of our renewable energy storge industry, our products and technology, our processes, our suppliers, and our other stakeholders.

Develop contract proposals, NDAs, supplier master agreements and other service level agreements with suppliers, EPCs, and others.

Negotiate on terms.

Maintain accurate records and data as relevant for company and department KPIs (key performance indicators); provide periodic reports as requested and required.

Work closely with procurement teammates, other internal engineering and operations cross-functional teams, as well as with the legal team.

Maintain a high levels of communication, transparency, and integrity through your interactions internally and externally.
