We are currently seeking a Diagnostic Content Administrator to join our Diagnostics team.
You will be responsible to define, drive to completion content management/definition for Lucid products.

The Role:
Interface between Diagnostic team, Service team, external stakeholder.Maintain diagnostic information and procedures contained in the diagnostics databaseDraft, review, maintain, release Diagnostic contentDefine content format and create template as well as training material and enforce these standardsWork with Diagnostic team and service team to ensure content is authored as per lucid standard.Comprehend technical content and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholdersEnsure complete content coverage and formattingEvaluate and define processes and implement solutions.Identify, develop, and implement methods to automate content validationReport status updates on a regular basisThink fast, prioritize, and make decisions that benefit Lucid as a whole using a first principles approachExhibit organizational skills, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Technical Writing.3+ years of experience troubleshooting and debugging skills and able to analyze complex problems and propose solutions.3+ years of experience with Component Content Management Systems3+ years of experience transcribing non-technical writing into comprehensible content.Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Electric Vehicle architectureFamiliarity with Electric Vehicle troubleshooting procedures is a plus.Passion of Automotive contentProficient in word processing tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe.Authoring instructions and procedures type technical document experience preferredInterpersonal Communication SkillsSelf-directed and able to work independently with little supervisionEducation Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
