Zoox is looking to hire a Configuration Management Systems Analyst with a primary responsibility of implementing the configuration management systems in software defined vehicles using enterprise solutions such as SAP. The ideal candidate will have experience with other aspects of configuration management such as vehicle genealogy, managing firmware and software in BOM through the lifecycle of the product, and preferably a high level understanding of SAP EAM,SAP PP, MES, PLM integrations and Master Data Management. This person will be strong in corresponding business processes and related project implementation. Additional responsibilities include managing the development and maintenance of system documentation, procedures, and standards.

Compensation

There are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay range for this position is $162,000 to $204,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The pay range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.

In this role, you will:

Functional design, configuration, and validation of the configuration management solutions

Expertise managing enterprise business application solutions

Define functional design gaps and solutions for objects to add to the system

Facilitate training sessions for the users

Execute appropriate support and new development documentation (i.e. scope, design, test plans, issues and cutover lists, project plans)

Demonstrate effective team skills with strong oral and written communication on deliverables

Qualifications:

BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience

5- 10 yrs experience with Configuration Management in automotive(software defined vehicles) /Autonomous vehicle / aerospace product development or similar industry

Experience in designing, building, managing the Configuration Management involving hardware and software aspects related to ECUs in a vehicle using enterprise systems such as SAP

Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration experience to ensure continuity of infrastructure and process, while we drive changes to configuration management processes and databases

Experience in driving end to end system deployments starting from business blueprinting to post implementation activities

Working knowledge and concept on Genealogy of Manufactured Product

Technical knowledge on integration systems using custom APIs involving middleware
