As Senior Reward Analyst you will enable and manage People business processes covering Reward activities. You will be responsible for a broad range of Reward activities across Europe and the US. This is a true Reward Generalist role and we are looking for someone who has broad experience across Compensation and Benefits, who is a process expert with a lean mindset.  

The Role – Key Responsibilities

  • Be the Programme Manager for Compensation Cycle, responsible for scheduling and resource utilisation
  • Manage specific processes as required (i.e Salary Review Process)
  • Champion continuous improvement and effective cross-team working to increase efficiency and reduce rework
  • Co-create (with HRIS Team) and manage data integrity process for key reward data fields in Workday
  • Be the expert interface into the HRIS team ensuring the reward agenda is represented in the long-term plan for the system
  • Understand Global Compensation policies and practices and act as an expert resource for the People Team
  • Maintain the Grading Framework and level jobs within the organisation
  • Benchmark jobs externally and create annual compensation structures
  • Manage relationships with providers/brokers for all benefits
  • Standardise the delivery of benefits
  • Benchmark current provision and offer recommendations for adjustment/improvement
  • Working with the People Services Team - document and improve all administrative processes for the above
  • Input to the Reward Compliance processes (SOX)
  • Produce figures for the Annual Report process (i.e. CEO Pay Ratio)

The Person/Your Profile:

  • At least 5 years’ experience of managing reward programs globally with preference for experience in European and US markets
  • A process expert with tangible examples of process improvements leading to service and cost improvement for the HR function.
  • Experience of multiple HR and Payroll systems would be beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of at least one point factor evaluation system and a deep understanding of job levelling and organisational design analysis
  • Worked under a listed business environment understanding of year end processes, compliance requirements, share schemes and experience of inputting to an annual report cycle would be beneficial
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data, with a strong financial/commercial focus, but maintain the “big picture” view
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, multitask, work to deadlines, prioritise under pressure and keep the "big picture" in order to spot opportunities and advise on solutions, improvements and enhancements versus problems
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft tool (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written)
