  • What you’ll do: 

    • Manages the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs
    • Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
    • Create and refresh salary ranges as needed
    • Administer and manage employee insurance plans
    • Track prevailing wages and overall market competitiveness
    • Advise on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programs

    What you need: 

    • Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in employee compensation/employee benefits and at least one year of managing people
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field 
    • Knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
    • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and certified compensation professional credentials preferred.
