Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role and fieldDegree in marketing, business, PR, communications or similar is a plusExisting track record of marketing and growing novel product categories with little pre-existing consumer awareness, including development of the storytellingExperience building a D2C business is a plusAbility to translate innovation and scientific breakthroughs into consumer friendly USPsAbility to lead market studies, analyse and present findings to managementStrong content creation skills, particularly in the digital world
