An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced CAM Engineer to join our Bicester based R&D Materials team. Working alongside our talented team of individuals you will provide offline program creation, in line with business requirements.

Responsibilities
Produce Trimming programs for a range of composite components using multi axis Kuka Robot.Create Toolpaths using PowerMill. Simulate Robot trimming process using PowerMill robot plugin.Create setup sheets and work instructions.Work alongside our engineering teams and materials teams, advise on manufacturing methods and solutions.Support our industrialisation team with tooling and manufacturing engineering.Operate production cells when necessary to carry out composite production duties Skills
Experience using PowerMill.An understanding of composite trimming processes.Good communication skills; ability to liaise with engineers on a daily basis.Keenness to learn and adapt on the job.Excellent time management skills.Driven and able to work well within a team whilst being a self starter.
