Business Systems Manager

What You Will Be Doing

The Business Systems Analyst role will conduct (process + data) analysis across Quote to Cash including Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billings and associated applications used by Sales Ops.  You will work with business partners and product managers to realize the full capabilities of the CRM. 

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation.  You should bring with you system and process best practices from your previous roles.  You will have an in depth understanding of Salesforce out of the box functionality and will keep up to date with the latest Salesforce releases.  You will In your day to day you will:

• • Analyze impact of new capability requirements to 
    • Business process workflow
    • Reports
    • Transactional systems, including the data exchange between them
    • Draft as-is process and data flows: 
    • Learn the transactional flow of data within Salesforce, including: Lead, Account, Contract, Opportunity, Quote, Order and Invoices.
    • Build reports, dashboards, and other analytics.
    • Create process automations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ and related technologies. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. 
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (including creating reports, and dashboards), Salesforce CPQ and Billing. 
• Knowledge of the complexities around selling hardware and software, subscription billing and different pricing models  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment. 
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in documentation and testing. 
• Knowledge of integrations with other systems and familiarity with data migration and data management principles. 
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist

    • Knowledge of different pricing methods including dynamic pricing. Knowledge of different pricing methods including dynamic pricing. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently or as part of a team.
