As our Business Operations Specialist, you will support the global Operational Oversight Office at EcoVadis. The Operational Oversight Office includes representatives from various business units including, for example, Finance and Customer Success, that monitors operational performance on a weekly basis and drives changes to maximize achievements and improve productivity. 

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the delivery of a monthly operational report for the company’s senior executives, including KPIs on global operational performance and capacity planning,
  • Preparing and support weekly meetings with decision makers from the finance, customer engagement and delivery teams,
  • Managing activity forecasting and teams Capacity/Staffing models to ensure that the teams are staffed appropriately,
  • Supporting the teams’ yearly budget definition in accordance with the capacity model,
  • Using statistical analysis, simulations, predictive modeling, process mining or other methods to analyze information and provide data driven recommendations to improve performance over time,
  • Working on team performance analysis to improve efficiency, work with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to deploy and optimize production monitoring/reporting tools,
  • Bringing your thinking, engagement, and ideas to advance our company’s unique values and vision for the future.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Finance or a Business Intelligence role
  • Strong analytical orientation, experience with predictive analysis a plus
  • Resourceful, using problem solving and analytical skills, structured and organized
  • Self-driven, with a skill for digging deep into problems 
  • Fluency in English is a must 
  • Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
  • Results oriented and team player
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel or Gsheets skills
  • Knowledge of process mining is a plus (e.g. Celonis process mining solutions)
