Business Development & Marketing Working Student (m/w/d)

This is where you will make an impact...

• Independent and autonomous project work in the areas of offline and online marketing, B2B Sales, and also exploring new opportunities for Business Development
• Run experiments with our marketing automation tool to test creatives, content and apply learnings to improve core KPIs
• Support the campaign management in the strategy setup and also in daily tasks, including the creation of offers and reporting for campaigns
• As part of the Commercial, you help to automate manual processes to save time and increase conversion rates together with the marketing operations team
• You will be part of the growth strategy by crafting and correctly positioning the right product portfolio in the right channels at the timeYou take ownership of different projects and ensure they become successful

You’ll be perfect for this role when...

• You are looking for a Working Student Position for 10 - 15h/weekly or a Fulltime Internship for 3-5 months
• Currently pursuing a Bachelors's or Master's degree in a related field
• Interest in Marketing & Product
• Experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation tools is a plus
• Excellent writing skills with impeccable spelling and grammar in German and English; French is a plus
• Attention to detail - you sweat the details and take care of your work to deliver consistently excellent standards.
• Proactive - you take responsibility to get things done and are willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in yourself.
