We’ve assembled some of the finest minds in software, hardware, AI and robotics and we’re now doing the same with the critical functions in Arrival’s Industrialisation group. We are seeking a Business Capability Delivery Lead to support Arrival’s efforts to formalise and mature the way in which we function as an organisation.

Responsibilities:
Lead the Business Capabilities Management squad’s efforts across the end to end delivery lifecycle - from initial maturity assessment, through development, deployment, audit, and iterative improvement Establish and maintain an effective delivery model - clearly defining the phases, steps / gates, and roles and responsibilities to consistently deliver new or improved business capabilities and business valueEnable the delivery team with effective prioritisation - supporting the iterative planning of the team’s business capability backlog and sprint objectives Ensure overall delivery team performance - identifying and effectively removing near and long term roadblocks to their efforts and maintaining momentum Report on delivery performance - conducting associated analytics, communicating key performance indicators, trends, gaps, and opportunitiesBuild relationships and effectively liaise with business stakeholders / customers, keeping them informed on the overall delivery roadmap, taking feedback on perceived value creation and adapting as appropriateSupport the application of business capability models such as CMMI, to inform the delivery backlog / team prioritisation Create and maintain an atmosphere of continuous improvement and strong team dynamics - ensuring team members feel safe to experiment and iterate to solve new and evolving challenges Regularly participate and collaborate amongst the delivery management community, developing and sharing your best practices Engage with internal Stakeholders to build consensus/ get sign off Responsibility for ensuring effective risk reporting is generated where requiredSupport the creation and deployment of associated business capabilities policies, processes, and working procedures Provide Framework on Customer Satisfaction and Quality ProgramsExperience:
Demonstrated results, leading a team of multi-disciplined team members business value Proven service management deployment methodologies/practices: IT implementation, IT Service Delivery and Support (CMMI, ITIL)Experience in creating and tracking(Capability) roadmapsBusiness capability / process development in the context of a complex product engineering / manufacturing engineering environment The ability to foster and grow effective team dynamics The ability to establish and maintain critical relationships with a diverse internal customer / client base
