Your Role and your Team:

Lilium is a fast-growing company which is about to change the way how people will travel in a more sustainable and eco-friendly way. To support the entire organization, we are looking for a business analyst who is keen to develop an innovative company creating a new market for future eVTOL’s ecosystem.

Since we are a fast-growing company, new processes and an innovative governance model needs to be defined. We need you to help us creating Lilium and transform an entire industry.

If you have what it takes to help improve and further develop Lilian’s business with us, check out the open role as Business Analyst in the Global IT Corporate Systems team. You will have the chance to work with cross-departmental teams across Lilium.

Your day to day:

Drive and promote the digitalization initiatives with an agile mindset
Understand business processes and support them with relevant technical solutions
Structure complex requirements along business operations and translate them into IT solutions
Develop and steer end-to-end IT related transformation initiatives and projects in a cross-divisional, cross departmental environment
Collaborate and work in a multi-cultural and international context
As a lifelong learner, you continuously gain new business and technical expertise in an innovative and unique industry
Collaborate with leaders to identify and resolve organizational impediments and barriers on program and portfolio levels and actively advocate for resolution
Get the opportunity to learn and act as an agile or scrum master
Design and help to develop agile processes and practices and ensure that they enable teams or departments to operate in an integrative and collaborative fashion
Help to develop an agile environment also technically

Your profile:

Degree in Business Administration, engineer, data scientist or similar with first experience in IT as well as business (nice to have)
First experience with business applications (typical ERPs, CRMs, Quality systems)
First touchpoint with agile methodologies and tools (Atlassian)
Abilities to communicate the value of transforming a company into a digital enterprise
First expertise in change management & agile transformation
Technical experience using Atlassian suite
Analytical & technical mindset, strong ability to solve problems, metrics-driven and detail-oriented
Positive attitude paired with a good portion of curiosity and a customer-centric service attitude
Fluent English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
