In this role, you are critical in ensuring the success of the Brand’s Design Team as the Brand Strategist. The Brand Strategist is responsible for serving as the strategic lead partnering with multiple teams and vendors. You are knowledgeable on consumer trends and behaviors; have your finger on the pulse of tech, automotive, and design, and are able to skillfully provide strategic resources, approaches, and leadership to the brand. This role will ensure creative output is conceptually in line with campaign objectives and in support of company business goals.
The Brand Strategist has a unique perspective and a creative sensibility able to develop strategies optimized across content types. This person is adept at processing complex information into simple solutions while managing both creative needs and team development. You will develop and deliver target audiences and consumer insights to inform messaging and creative development. You will leverage social media insights among other research insights to analyze and assess and make informed recommendations as well as provide both qualitative and quantitative research to Senior Management and Executives.

Responsibilities
Develop guidelines and strategies for continued Brand development and evolution. Contribute appropriate strategic insight across various media types.Deliver expert pitches through beautifully designed presentation decks to make your case and gain stakeholder buy-inBe an active part of the conceptualization of our video, print, and digital projects; including magazines, brochures, showroom, event kiosks, the Lucid website, and an e-commerce site. Develop strategic concepts that translate across channels and lines of business to position the brand and drive business results.Leverage both qualitative and quantitative research insights.Collaborate with Company research units to develop process/methodology of tracking and advertising effectiveness.Partner with Marketing teams to refine brand and product messaging, and voice, look & feel for all executions.Oversee client pitches, briefs, and proposals as needed.Support the effort of our in-car UI design to ensure it similarly carries our digital design identitySupport in the creative development of brand and product positioning statements, key messages, and claims as neededCollaborate with company Legal departments to verify claims and messaging appropriateness.Work collectively across all functions from marketing to engineers and the leadership team to convey the value of the brand within a business context.Work with Producers to align on forecasting hours week over weekGuide, mentor and manage direct reports (Brand Designers)Qualifications
8+ years of experience working on brand-centered projects as a Brand Strategist.Experience working with external agencies, creators, and talentsSkilled in multi-tasking to manage a high volume of creative and contentPassion for mission-driven brandsA demonstrated user empathy approach to design and messaging Expert aptitude in project management tools like Basecamp, Asana, etc.
