Internship Term: Summer 2023

Rivian internships are experiences optimized for student candidates. To be eligible, you must be an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited program during the internship term with an expected graduation date between Fall 2023 through Fall 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Write compelling copy, take photos, film and edit video to support Rivian's creative content strategy
  • Wild creativity, but paired with practical sensibilities and a knack for strategy while engaging with your teams and projects
  • Hustle to meet deadlines as determined by your managing team
  • Reporting and research to bring content strategy vision to fruition
  • Mastery of existing and emerging social platforms to manage content creation strategy with managing teams
  • Desire to help build the future of an exciting and transformative company 
  • Passion for making the planet better for us and for future generations

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in 2 year, 4 year or post-education. Candidates pursuing fine arts, or creative fields, preferred
  • You are a creative thinker and problem solver at heart.
  • You are a natural planner, organizer and systems builder with strong time management skills.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (both online and off) that can be easily tailored to any given situation or challenge.
  • You are entrepreneurial, self-starting and enjoy working collaboratively in a team setting.
  • You have experience in video editing & production and a keen interest in storytelling.
  • You are collaborative. You expect change. You put the team first.
  • You are strongly aligned with Rivian’s expressed values and ambitions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Willing to work 40 hours/week and overtime as needed to meet deliverables as determined by your managing team
  • Limited travel may be required to complete projects as determined by your managing team
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Colorado Based Applicants: $21.00-51.00 USD (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
 
Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
