Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on individual to help us develop our core technology through the processing of experimental cell assembly and maintenance requests. In this role, you will work as a part of our Technical Operations team and coordinate directly with various engineering teams learning how to set up, perform, and troubleshoot experiments. A successful candidate will be curious, inquisitive, and excited to learn best in class practices from senior technicians and engineers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual to sharpen their technical skills and start an impactful career working on a breakthrough technology.

Inspect, organize, and prepare device components and hardware for experimental assemblyComplete high-quality work from various teams adhering to individual timelines Document and organize device assembly notes and status for performance traceabilityPerform routine investigative teardowns of cell fixtures to capture physical material characteristics following cell testingFacilitate installation and assembly of new equipment or tools to increase process efficiencyMaintain laboratory conditions in a fashion that facilities cleanliness and productivity for all lab usersGet mentored by experienced Senior TechniciansCollaborate with our world-class scientists and engineers to provide creative solutions and improvementsWhat you'll bring:
Aptitude for hands-on, high quality, and detail oriented workInterest in working with tools ranging from delicate laboratory instruments to machinery such as hydraulic presses, wrenches, power washers, or powered hand toolsFamiliarity with organizing and maintaining hardware inventoryWritten and oral communication skills within a group of peers and broader organizationComfort using digital tools.
