  • Help coordinate resolution of supplier non-conformities and ensure recovery plans align with vehicle milestones

  • Flag roadblocks related to part/process maturity, timing, or capacity and support follow-up actions
  • Contribute to APQP deliverables under SQE scope
  • Attend program gate reviews, escalation meetings, and project activities as SQ representative
  • Help compile reporting on supplier manufacturing progress and readiness
  • Support escalation of development-phase issues to project and purchasing teams
  • Act as a support contact for SQ at the plant during mass production

You Bring:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Interest in supplier industrialization and quality tools (ISO, IATF, DFM, GD&T)
  • Familiarity with automotive quality fundamentals (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA) is a plus
  • Willingness to learn supplier auditing and assessment practices
  • Collaborative mindset, data-driven approach, and problem-solving orientation
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to grow in a dynamic environment
