<p><strong>What you'll do: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Contribute to defining, prioritizing, and building product features that improve the customer acquisition process for community solar. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work closely with the sales team to create a frictionless sales experience and increase conversion. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support a product manager to turn company strategy into a prioritized roadmap of initiatives that help scale Arcadia’s community solar business. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Write clear user stories and product requirements that can be easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, data analytics, marketing and sales to deliver on key roadmap priorities.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What will help you succeed: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At least 1 year software product management, business analyst, project management, consulting, or related experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to think strategically </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong organizational and project management skills</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </span></li>
