As a Master Scheduler & Material Forecasting Associate Manager within Lucid Motors’, you will play a key role in driving the seamless integration of production planning, capacity management, and material availability for our state-of-the-art facility. You will develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS), ensuring alignment between customer demand, press capacity, tooling readiness, and supply chain flow.  Position has 1 Scheduling Analyst direct report.

This position bridges manufacturing, supply chain, and production control to enable on-time, high-quality component delivery for Lucid’s luxury electric vehicles for the Casa Grande facility.

You Will:

Material Forecasting & Supply Coordination

  • Forecast and manage material requirements to support production and new program launches.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure raw material availability and supplier readiness.
  • Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and consumption data in Lucid’s ERP system to ensure traceability and accuracy.
  • Support just-in-time (JIT) and lean material flow initiatives to reduce inventory and waste.
  • Partner with suppliers to monitor lead times, delivery schedules, and material quality performance.

Data Analytics & Systems Integration

  • Use and provide input into Lucid’s ERP/MRP and MES platforms to create and manage production plans, material forecasts, and capacity analyses.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by developing dashboards and KPIs around schedule attainment, press utilization, and material accuracy.
  • Continuously improve planning models by leveraging real-time production feedback and predictive analytics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Production Control, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering to ensure production readiness for all current and future vehicle programs.
  • Support new model introductions and engineering changes through proactive scheduling and material planning.
  • Communicate schedule impacts and mitigation plans to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • MPS schedule adherence (%)
  • Material forecast accuracy
  • Inventory turns and scrap reduction
  • On-time delivery to downstream operations

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in production scheduling, capacity planning, or materials forecasting—preferably in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
  • Strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, Plex, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Proven understanding of lean manufacturing, JIT, and Kanban systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 Preferred:

  • Quality of inspection and supply chain understanding.
  • Prior experience in EV manufacturing or fast-paced startup environments.
