We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Culinary Innovation Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our culinary team to support all aspects of recipe development and commercialization. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for culinary arts and product development who is looking to grow their skills and take on new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tasting support for interview candidates
  • Support VIP tastings and execute carefully following formulas and processes
  • Coordinate offsite events as needed
  • Assist in foodservice recipe development and validation
  • Collaborate with culinary team to commercialize new and reformulated products
  • Conduct various extensive experiments to validate formulas for new concepts
  • Help orchestrate executive tastings for new products
  • Consolidate and organize recipe database
  • Support all work with Eric Ripert partnership and IKEA partnership
  • Assist with internal product line extensions
  • Qualifications:

  • Desire to learn!
  • Minimum of 3 years of food industry product development or restaurant experience
  • Associate Degree in Culinary Arts preferred, Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Solid understanding of food chemistry, analytical testing, formulations, and processing used in food manufacturing
  • Understanding of ingredient functionality and interrelationships of ingredients, processes, and packaging
  • Strong culinary experience and ability to work with a sense of urgency while executing at a high level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments/tasks concurrently
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
