We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Culinary Innovation Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our culinary team to support all aspects of recipe development and commercialization. Responsibilities:
Provide tasting support for interview candidatesSupport VIP tastings and execute carefully following formulas and processesCoordinate offsite events as neededAssist in foodservice recipe development and validationCollaborate with culinary team to commercialize new and reformulated productsConduct various extensive experiments to validate formulas for new conceptsHelp orchestrate executive tastings for new productsConsolidate and organize recipe databaseSupport all work with Eric Ripert partnership and IKEA partnershipAssist with internal product line extensionsQualifications:
Desire to learn!Minimum of 3 years of food industry product development or restaurant experienceAssociate Degree in Culinary Arts preferred, Bachelor's degree a plusSolid understanding of food chemistry, analytical testing, formulations, and processing used in food manufacturingUnderstanding of ingredient functionality and interrelationships of ingredients, processes, and packagingStrong culinary experience and ability to work with a sense of urgency while executing at a high levelExcellent communication skillsAbility to manage multiple assignments/tasks concurrentlyProficient in Google Sheets/ExcelCommitment To Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, And Belonging:
