Perfect Day was founded in 2014 to create delicious, nutritious dairy products that everyone can love. We’re using fermentation (not animals) to make dairy proteins that are the foundation for foods like ice cream, cheese and yogurt – all with the distinctive taste and textures that consumers demand, but without lactose or environmental downsides. Through partnerships with respected brands, we’re working to launch a whole range of dairy products that will help shape a humane, sustainable food system for future generations. 

6.    Responsible to organize logistics of Banquettes, Employee Events, Annual outings, Visitors

7.    Maintain Inventory of office assets in rental houses, Guest house, company owned vehicles etc.

8.    Vendor Evaluation & Management: Manage agreements of all external vendors dealt by Facilities. Process periodical purchases, vendor invoices & payments.

9.    Assist Employees with Business travel - Process business visas for outbound business travels.

Organize Hotel stays, Travel tickets, Travel insurance, Forex etc.

10.  Responsible for logistics of all inbound Visitors; Hotel bookings, local conveyance, in house support etc.

11.  Managing round-the-clock Company cabs, routing plan for cab services.

12.  Maintain an efficient system for incoming and outgoing couriers.

13.  Cost Management – Ensure cost conscious decisions are taken, without comprising on quality.

14.  Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.

15.  Employee health & safety measures, including Medical Centre, Creche operations

16.  Laison & correspondence with State Govt. authorities; Customs, Labor Inspector, Pollution Control Board, BBMP, Local Corporator, Labor Unions, Police Commissioner, RTO, Build Owners & Maintenance teams etc

17.  Execute space acquisition, interior projects, planned & organize office relocation logistics when required.

18.  Labor Contracts & Manpower - Ensured minimum wages & statutory compliance maintained for third party employees, Maintain healthy interface with Labor unions in Industrial areas.

1.    Should have excellent knowledge of excel and should be an expert in report generation.

2.    Should have good communications skills.

3.    Should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
